Ingredients

60 ml Galactic Spirits Vodka
30 ml Simple Syrup
30 ml Lime Juice
3-4 Slices of fresh cucumber muddled
1 Egg White/ Cocktail Foaming Agent
Cucumber ribbon or half-moon for garnish

Directions

Chill your serving glass
Add your fresh cucumber slices to a shaker and muddled
Add the rest of your ingredients to the shaker
Add ice to your tin and shake until well incorporated and chilled.
Strain into your glass
Gently stir with a bar spoon to incorporate
Garnish with Cucumber ribbon
