Ingredients
75 ml Galactic Spirits Brandy
30 ml Simple Syrup
15 ml Lime Juice
7.5 ml Honey
2-3 Fresh Figs, muddled (Fig jam can be used as alternative)
Rosemary Sprig, for garnish
Directions
- Chill your serving glass
- Add your fresh figs to a shaker and muddled
- Add the rest of your ingredients to the shaker
- Add ice to your tin and shake until well incorporated and chilled.
- Strain into your glass
- Gently stir with a bar spoon to incorporate
- Garnish with Fresh Rosemary Sprig
